"THE RECEPTION AT THE FRONT DESK ENDED MY STAY AT YOUR CHAIN. THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IS THE PERSON YOU MEET UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. BEST WESTERN, MAY NOT BE AWARE OF THIS SERVICE BUT CANNOT LIVE IN THE DARK FOREVER. I DO HOPE IN THE FUTURE THAT YOU ACCOMMODATE ALL OF YOUR GUESTS WITH APPROPRATE PERSONAL WITH BETTER BEHAVIOR. IT IS UP TO ALL OF US TO ELEVATE OUR REPUTAIONS."
